This sounds similar to the existing hackage processes of Non-maintainer uploads and package takeovers (https://github.com/haskell-infra/hackage-trustees/blob/master/policy.md & https://wiki.haskell.org/Taking_over_a_package). Have you reveiwed those? What are the important differences in this proposal? |
